Employment
Employment legislation and case law has expanded considerably since the early 1970s. Ireland's membership of the European Union, in particular, has added considerably to both the volume and complexity of such law, which is why clients, be they employers or employees, need expert assistance. Our employment law department consistently monitors and advises on the changing law applicable to the employment relationship. Our employment law department also provides in-house training and seminars for clients.
